Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Linkthem FZE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Linkthem FZE LLC. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Accounts & Roles
Linkthem FZE LLC supports Posters (who publish tasks) and Taskers (who offer services). You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Tasks, Offers & Contracts
When a Poster accepts a Tasker's offer, a binding service contract is formed between them. Linkthem FZE LLC facilitates this relationship but is not a party to the contract.
5. Payments & Escrow
Payments are held in escrow upon offer acceptance and released to the Tasker after the Poster confirms completion. Service fees are disclosed before checkout.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may request cancellation subject to the platform's cancellation policy. Refunds and payouts are issued based on task status and dispute outcomes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to circumvent the platform, share off-platform contact details, post illegal or harmful content, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
8. Reviews & Content
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Linkthem FZE LLC a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
9. Disputes
Disputes between Posters and Taskers may be submitted to Linkthem FZE LLC's resolution team. Our decision regarding escrowed funds is final within the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.
11. Limitation of Liability
Linkthem FZE LLC provides the platform on an 'as is' basis and is not liable for the quality, legality, or outcome of tasks performed by users.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Linkthem FZE LLC after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
