Refund Policy

1. Escrow & Refund Principle
All payments on Linkthem FZE LLC are held in escrow until the Poster confirms the work is complete. This protects both parties and is the basis for our refund process.
2. Refunds Before Work Starts
If a task is cancelled before the tasker has started any work, the full escrowed amount (less any non-refundable third-party processing costs) is returned to the Poster's wallet.
3. Refunds for Incomplete Work
If work has started but not completed, refunds are determined either by mutual agreement between Poster and Tasker, or by an admin decision after a dispute is raised.
4. Refunds After Work Is Accepted
Once the Poster confirms the work is complete and the payment is released to the Tasker, the transaction is final. Refunds at this stage are only possible through the dispute process and require strong evidence of misrepresentation or non-performance.
5. Wallet Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the same wallet/payment method used for the original deposit. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
6. Service Fees
Platform service fees are not refunded on completed tasks. They are not charged on tasks that are cancelled before work begins.
7. How to Request a Refund
Open the task from your dashboard and either request a cancellation (before completion) or raise a dispute (after submission). Our admin team aims to review all refund cases within 3 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting Linkthem FZE LLC may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
